- Shipping rates can be easily calculated at checkout by inputting your zip code or City/State. All in stock products ship within 1-5 business days! Desert Armor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Roof Top Tents ship at a flat rate based on region to the nearest freight hub for customer pickup. Freight hubs are typically within 30 miles of your zip code unless you live in a rural area. You’d pick the tent up yourself from the freight hub. The freight provider will contact the customer at the phone number they provide when the shipment is available for pickup. Residential delivery with lift gate service is available for an additional $150. Please see our Shipping and Order FAQ section for any further questions about shipping. If you do not select the Residential Delivery + LiftGate options and request the freight company to deliver your tent, you will be billed directly by the freight company for those fees.
- If you require an address change after you have received a shipment confirmation email you will be responsible for any reconsignment fees and/or holding fees that your freight incurs with an en route address change.
While we do our best to ensure your order is properly packaged before it leaves our facility, on occasion product may get damaged, be it a transport mishap, mishandled box, or a not so happy delivery driver. If this happens, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
Then follow these steps: IF the package doesn’t require a signature and it has been delivered while you were not present, and you discover that the package has been delivered damaged, please take photos of the damaged package before opening it. Next contact DESERT ARMOR via phone or email right away to explain that the package has been delivered damaged.
DESERT ARMOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR PACKAGES THAT ARE MISPLACED OR STOLEN AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN DELIVERED. If you are worried about your shipment potentially getting stolen, please have the item delivered to a different address where someone will be available to receive it. After an order is shipped, you will receive tracking information so you will know when the item will arrive. Desert Armor will not refund or reimburse your order in any way if the package is misplaced or stolen once the tracking info shows delivered.
When you receive your Rooftop Tent Shipment
Make sure to inspect your package for any damage before accepting it. If there is any possible damage that occurred in transit, please see our Shipping and Order FAQ section and reach out to us immediately before accepting the shipment. If you accept the package or for any reason and there is damage or an issue you will be liable for shipping and packaging costs to send back for replacement. If the item is removed from the original shipping pallet, opened or installed, the item is considered used and NO returns will be accepted.
