Rooftop Tents

If you cancel your order before we pull and prep your tent for shipment, we will provide you a full refund minus a 15% cancellation fee. This policy is in place because we commit resources and materials to meet production needs well in advance, often up to three months. Order cancellations can significantly impact our production pipeline and create challenges for us. To cancel within this window, you must fill out our Order Cancellation Request Form below.

Due to the complexity and cost of transporting an item the size of a Rooftop Tent, no returns or refunds will be granted after your RTT has been shipped or picked up. If there is any possible damage that occurred in transit, please see our Shipping and Order FAQ section and reach out to us immediately before accepting the shipment.

Any refunds processed will be refunded to the original payment method and may take up to 10 days to appear on your statement.

As avid users of our own products, we firmly stand by the quality of our products and all Desert Armor RTT’s come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY.

Other Products & Accessories

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping and receive a full refund. If your item has been shipped, we accept returns of new, unused items in their intact, original packaging for up to 30 days after your order processing date. Returns for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Fees that cover the costs associated with processing transactions, include a 4% processing fee that is non-refundable for all cancellations and returns for customers who check out via the Square payment processor, and PayPal fees.

To return your item, please fill out the Return Request Form below.

Any refunds processed will be refunded to your original method of payment and may take up to 10 days to appear on your statement. Desert Armor is not responsible for any products lost or damaged during the return shipping. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so please use the provided return label that includes for all returns. If we do not receive the products, or they arrive damaged from when they left your possession, your return may be refused.

Depending on how far along the fulfillment process your order is in, cancellation or returns may not be possible and/or a cancellation or restocking fee may apply based on our policies outlined above.
