We stand by the quality of our RTT’s and they are backed by our Lifetime warranty, however, due to the complexity of transporting an item as large as an RTT, no refunds or returns will be granted after your RTT has been shipped or picked up.
All other item refunds will be given up to 30 days after the shipping date. If 30 days have gone by since the shipping date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it to be eligible for a refund.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item so please use the provided return label that includes tracking for all returns.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your bank account or credit card statement.

Damaged Goods Policy
In order to file a damaged goods claim, customer must contact Desert Armor no later than 3 days after receiving the product. After 3 days, Desert Armor is unable to accept damaged goods claims. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
